About the Owner:
Victor Lugo has been involved in the staffing industry for over 25 years. His experience includes short term jobs requiring minimal staffing to large disaster restoration jobs requiring 500 people per day. No matter what the requirements, Mr. Lugo insists that all customers be given personal attention, be their jobs large or small.

He has assembled a loyal and experienced staff and along with his office Manager, Silvia Ybarra, They represent over 40 years experience.
